Indemnification<\/strong><br \/>I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from my actions, negligence, conduct, or participation in Activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Medical Treatment<\/strong><br \/>I consent to receive emergency medical treatment if required. I accept full financial responsibility for all medical expenses incurred and acknowledge that medical services may be limited or located off site.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Compliance with Hotel Policies<\/strong><br \/>I agree to comply with all Hotel rules, policies, safety guidelines, and instructions issued by management or staff. I understand that the Hotel reserves the right to deny service or remove any guest for misconduct, safety concerns, or violation of Hotel policies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Insurance<\/strong><br \/>I acknowledge that the Hotel does not provide personal accident, health, or property insurance. Parking Liability<\/strong><br \/>The Hotel provides access to both public and private parking areas. Personal Property<\/strong><br \/>I acknowledge that the Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings located anywhere on Hotel premises, including guest rooms, in room safes, storage areas, or public spaces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Third Party Services<\/strong><br \/>I understand that any tours, transportation, excursions, spa services, or other activities operated by third parties\u2014whether booked through the Hotel or independently\u2014are undertaken at my own risk. Weather &amp; Force Majeure<\/strong><br \/>I accept all risks associated with weather conditions, natural disasters, and any other force majeure events beyond the Hotel\u2019s control.
